About Birchmere

Capacity: 500 • Club • Indoor • 3701 Mt. Vernon Ave, Alexandria, VA, 22305

Getting there: The Birchmere is located at 3701 Mount Vernon Avenue in Alexandria and is not directly served by major transit lines. Your best option is to take the WMATA Metro's Yellow or Blue Line to the King Street-Old Town station, then either walk about 20-25 minutes south along King Street to Mount Vernon Avenue, or take a local DASH bus (Route 10 or 11) for a shorter ride. Rideshare or paid parking nearby may be more practical given the venue's distance from transit.

Parking: Street parking available on King Street and nearby residential streets; paid lot nearby at Del Ray area.
