Getting there: The Altria Theater is located downtown at 6 North Laurel Street in Richmond. The closest transit option is the GRTC (Greater Richmond Transit Company) bus system, with several routes serving the downtown area, though Richmond's public transit is limited compared to larger cities. The theater is approximately a 10-minute walk from the downtown transit hub, so rideshare or parking in one of the nearby downtown garages is often more practical for most visitors.
Parking: Parking is available in nearby downtown Richmond lots and garages within 2-3 blocks, including the Broad Street parking garage directly adjacent. Typical rates range from $5-$15 for events. Street parking is also available but may require walking several blocks; arriving early is recommended for convenient lot access.
